Can I add more users?
Paid organizations can add seats for $10 per seat per month from Billing. Seats are billed monthly, separately from the base plan, and do not add envelope allowance. Stop renewal from the team seats panel.
Will existing customers change plans?
No. Existing customer organizations keep their current pricing, included allowances, custom agreements and overage terms. These published allowances apply to new organizations.
What counts as an envelope?
An envelope is one document, or one set of documents, sent out for signature. It is counted once when you send it, no matter how many people have to sign it or how many times they open it. A three-signer contract sent once uses one envelope, not three.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. New organizations receive a 7-day trial with 3 envelopes and a payment method required at secure checkout. Unless you cancel, Starter costs $4.99 for the first month, then $15/month. Taxes may apply. Cancel in Settings → Plans & Billing.
Do the people signing my documents need to pay, or have an account?
Neither. Plans are billed per organization, based on what you send. Recipients sign from a secure link in their browser or on their phone with no account, no download, and no cost to them.
What happens if I run out of envelopes?
Your existing documents stay live and signable. Paid organizations can buy 100 additional envelopes for $20, in multiples, inside Billing. Purchased credits never expire; your included allowance is used first. App and API sends share the balance. There is no automatic recharge. Paid plan allowances reset monthly; the 7-day trial includes three envelopes total. Existing customers keep the plan and limits they signed up for.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Paying yearly costs the price of ten months, so you save two months against paying monthly: Starter is $15 a month or $150 a year, Professional is $39 or $390, Business is $129 or $1,290, and Enterprise is $399 or $3,990.
Can I change plans or cancel later?
Yes. You can move up or down between plans, or cancel, at any time. Documents you have already sent and completed stay in your account, and completed PDFs keep their AATL seal and certificate of completion whatever plan you are on.
